This vibrant subtropical garden was pretty much stripped back to bare bones and rebuilt from scratch.  Gone are the outdated concrete pool tiles from the 80s and the tin fence, replaced with a multilayered hardwood deck that joins all outdoor zones creating a practical and inviting outdoor living space that the family now loves. The pool area is facing the street so privacy was a key issue.  This was resolved with pleached hedging and after little more than a year you wouldn't know the street was there.  Lush subtropical beds bursting with texture and colour are balanced with more semi formal planting which provides structure and calm.
