Our client came to us with a brief to convert her very tired and dark unused courtyard into an area that would extend her home with a semi formal garden she could use for entertaining and relaxing in.

We created a layered border full to the brim with classic plantings such as iris, gardenia, pleached hedging and clipped pittosporum balls softened with flowing groundcovers.  The result is a vibrant, multi-textured space that feels completely private.

The house now opens out onto a beautiful decked courtyard surrounded by all shades of green, with ample space for multifunctional outdoor furniture as well as a spa and BBQ area.
